Cozy loft in downtown. New building with elevator and very quiet. Full kitchen, cradle, breakfast, smartTV 55", NETFLIX, wifi, NESPRESSO, hair dryer, iron, heating, air conditioner... Two minutes walking to Laurel Street, to SanJuan Street, 5 min walk to winery... Two Public parking (free) walking distance 6 & 8 min walk. 3 min to private parking with discount fare for car, motorbike or bicycle

Willing to accommodate you in our cozy loft!
The loft is located in the quore of the downtown, in PLaza del mercado, close to La Redonda ConCathedral. There are terraces, bar and pubs nearby. Also the Bodegas Franco Españolas winery, is 10 min walking distance, just crossing Ebro River through the beautiful Iron Bridge (Puente de Hierro). It is worth visiting the winery and its "calados", underground tunnels, used to store wine with proper ambient conditions. The famous streets of Calle Laurel and Calle SanJuan, when you can find tons of different pintxos, tapas and wine. You have evrything to relax and enjoy nearby.
