Its spacious terrace is perfect for outdoor relaxation, complete with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining area ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. Inside, the bedroom features two single beds pushed together, while the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. The living room is seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Guests will also have access to a communal pool, providing an additional space to unwind. Directly across from the building, a shopping center with a supermarket ensures that all essentials are within easy reach. Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just a few steps away from the famous salt water swimming pools "Lagos Martiánez", designed by the multifaceted artist César Manrique. The Martiánez Beach is also only 500 metres from the studio. There are also many restaurants, bars and entertainment options. The shopping centre "Martiánez", with shops, supermarket and parking (for a fee), is about 50 metres away.
