Stylish brand new renovated penthouse in a superb location. This apartment is all about location, views and design. With the large L-shaped terrace, you have the breathtaking sea and mountain views. Enjoy it from sunrise to beautiful sunsets. On clear days, you can see all the way to Gibraltar and even to Africa. The building is by the popular Parque Alameda with all the statues of Salvador Dali. You are in the center of Marbella with 2 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the old town.

Located on the avenida del mar with statues of Salvador Dali by the popular Parque alameda. This is a central location in Marbella , with 2 minutes walk to old town and 2 min walk to the beach . You have all the restaurants, bars , cafes and supermarkets around the house. even that you are surrounded by all the restaurants and bars, the apartment is quite , this is because you are on the 11:th floor. you only hear the ocean and the fontains down on the avenida;))
