Property information

Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away. Your private swimming pool is to the side of the house with a brick built BBQ. There is a shaded terrace for lazy lunches. Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen.

Neighbourhood information

Villa located in one of the most prestigious residential areas in the northern area of Mallorca, Manresa in Alcudia. The majestic Serra de Tramuntana is the protagonist of the landscape along with the sea views of the area. The Golf of Aucanada is located in the immediate vicinity, 1.5 km. It is the ideal location for a family holiday location and / or for sports lovers, since it allows hiking, golf, sailing and has wonderful beaches.
