This wonderful apartment of 120 sqm is located in a quiet area of the Las Golondrinas urbanization in the city of Elviria. Las Golondrinas is 130 acres of subtropical gardens with streams, ponds and waterfalls. Stay in a great location, 1 minute walk from the beach, close to the famous Nikki Beach Club and Don Carlos Tennis Club. The urbanization has swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a children's pool and sunbathing terraces, a bar and a restaurant on site. Covered parking space is also reserved.
