Property information

Hlius Brand New Apartments built in a modern and sophisticated style, decorated and furnished in such a way that our guests can feel like they are at their own home. For convenience, each apartment on the second floor has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as two wide sofa beds that can accommodate 4 guests. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, free of charge water and other drinks, a coffee machine with coffee and tea, as well as some sweets for our guests. For the convenience of longer stays, the apartments are equipped with washing machines with liquid soap, drying and ironing boards, irons, offered change of linen and towels on request. Each apartment has installed Netflix and YouTube so that our guests can feel more comfortable.

Neighbourhood information

Modern neighborhood of the City of Sciences and Arts just in 5 minutes walking and about just 25 minutes from the city center. Close to bus stops, supermarkets, cafés, and Central Park. Walking distance to the famous City of Arts and Sciences. Easy highway access for day trips. Perfect for families, couples, and guests who value comfort
