Beautiful, cozy and full equipped apartment in the well-known urbanization Gran Calahonda, Mijas Costa. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for a family with 2 children, a few meters walk from the beach. Great community facilities, 24 hour security, outside security cameras. The complex includes 3 swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and beautiful tropical gardens. In addition, the apartment is located 200 meters from the Carrefour supermarket, and many restaurants and bars. Holiday Apartament Facilites: 3 Swimming Pools. Gardens and Outdoor Areas: Landscaped gardens and outdoor common areas for relaxation and recreation. Parking: On-site parking facilities are usually available for guests, which is convenient for those traveling with a car. Air Conditioning and Heating: Essential for comfort given the regional climate, with warm summers and winters Wi-Fi and Television Internet high speed access Kitchen Facilities: a fully equipped kitchen with lot of appliances and a washing machine.
