Villa Mira is situated within the boundaries of magnificent championship golf course complex with couple of minutes walk to the main club house. Villa has private heated swimming pool (pool heating optional, paid locally) with large terrace /patio area which includes ample of sun-loungers, Spanish Barbeque, large table + chairs ideal for those alfresco evenings. Stairway to the side of the Villa lead to the roof-top sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing and with views overlooking the golf course and the sea. The main living room has ceiling fans with large dinning table and comfortable sofas to enjoy watching 65" TV, Satellite/IPTV, DVD and fast fibre broadband ideal for streaming of your favourite programs. All 4 large bedrooms have ceiling fans, master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The Kitchen comes complete with a Breakfast Bar & Stools, Oven/Hob, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and all other kitchen essentials.
