Elegant and spacious apartment in the Estepona Marina, less than 150 m from the beach. 100 m from the emblematic building "Mirador del Carmen" Cultural and Tourist center, and reference point of one of the most beautiful seafront in Spain. With views of the sea, the mountains (Sierra Bermeja) and the city, it has a 15 m2 terrace. Large car park 1 m from the entrance and exit doors of the building's car park, protected between 2 columns and 5 m from the elevator. In the heart of the leisure and service area: Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, nightclubs, food market on Wednesdays and clothing, decoration and several on Sundays. Supermarket open 24 hours and 7x7. Pedestrian and quiet area, flat to walk (promenade). It is not necessary to take the car, it has everything you need to spend a happy, fun and at the same time peaceful vacation. En el Puerto Deportivo se pueden realizar excursiones en barco y practicar deportes acuáticos. En los alrededores de Estepona hay numerosos campos de Golf, estamos en la Costa del SOL <=> Costa del Golf.
