Unique townhouse in Benalmádena Costa located right next to the beach. Partly renovated (pending bathrooms in Q4 - 21), close to the best restaurants on the coast and the very popular golf course Playa Golf Torrequebrada. Welcome to this wonderful townhouse located in the Urbanization Playa Golf in Torrequebrada, just beside the Torrequebrada Golf Course, Torrequebrada Casino and 500m from the nearest beach, best restaurants and bus stop.
