Hello!! We present our newly renovated apartment. Its 3 bathrooms make it ideal for groups or families of 4-6 people. It is located in a private frontline development just a few steps from the spectacular Los Lances beach. The two swimming pools (open from March 15 to October 15) make the ideal accommodation for sunbathing or for children to play and swim. The house is in a very quiet area, ideal for resting at night, but just a 10-minute walk from the lively old town where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and clubs. If you are interested in long stays outside of the summer season, get in touch to see the options, we have good Wifi so you can telework and enjoy Tarifa.
The house is located in the Los Lances II Urbanization, in a quiet area of ​​the city, on the beachfront next to pleasant restaurants and beach bars such as Café del Mar, Surla, Demente or Carbones 13 and a 10-minute walk from the city center. where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. From September 15 to June 15 you can practice Kite, Wing or windsurf on the beach in front of the apartment and put on and out your wetsuit inside it.
