Casa Quimeres offers you the opportunity to stay in the heart of Denia's Marine neighborhood . With a privileged location that allows you to enjoy a few steps from the Port and Historic Center of the city, the Punta del Raset beach is only 200 meters away. The house has Air Conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection and a large terrace on the attic with unbeatable views of the port and the Castle of Denia. The accommodation also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a 45 "Smart TV and a private bathroom.
The neighborhood of "Baix la Mar", this is how the old fishing district of Denia is called, is made up mostly of small houses near the Maritime Port, with the Mediterranean charm that all this implies and that permeates the area with an offer of varied and quality restoration. Likewise, its unbeatable location allows you to have several supermarkets and different services nearby, of course all this while moving comfortably on foot.
