Casa Lisboa at around 100 square meters you find everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Terrace with forest view Pool 8 x 4m with 1.50m depth Beach umbrellas and towels Hiking trails in the nearby Natural Reserve Cala Mesquida beach is one of the nicest beaches in Mallorca Cats are living in the garden
We are only partly in Cala Mesquida and live in Mainz-Kostheim, Germany. Once we or our family members are at the premises, we live in an apartment at the back of the house. It is completely separated from the rental house. Terrace and pool are of exclusive use for the guests/rentals. In the past, my mother has taken care of the cats living in the village. We keep feeding them. For that reason there a still some cats living in the garden of the house. Please do not feed them. The key handover and instruction is taken care of by our caretaker. Please refrain from smoking in the house. Outside it is of cause no problem and ash trays are also available. Longterm rentals are possible from November until end of March with a minimum of 30 days per rental
DISTANCES ​80 km to the airport of Palma de Mallorca 8 km to Cala Ratjada and 6km to the next village Capdepera Shuttle bus runs several times daily from Viva Suites Hotel to Cala Ratjada 8 km to the golf court Capdepera; 300 m to the supermarket 300 m to the beach ACTIVITIES Boat trips and rentals at the harbour of Cala Ratjada; Horseriding 4 golf courts within 20 km distance Caves of Arta - 10km A lot of hiking trails Bike rentals in Cala Ratjada Scooter and Car rentals in the village or in Cala Ratjada
