More info at filetahouse. Villa with a 350 m2 plot. Ideal for couples and business travelers. Entrance gate with remote control. WIFI. Very close to the beach. The house has a very large terrace One-story house. Without architectural barriers. Very comfortable. You have access to all the rooms except the storage rooms next to the barbecue. Pets are allowed (there is a surcharge) Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Check-out at 10:00 a.m. If you want to check-in before the usual time or check-out after the usual time, contact me. There is a surcharge. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. For your safety there are surveillance cameras located outside the house. They are not monitored. After 8 days the recordings will automatically be deleted. If they bother you, please let me know to disconnect them Areas: terrace, barbecue, entrance. There are no cameras inside the house. PARKING: You have a parking area inside the property (WITHOUT CHARGE). BARBECUE: to roast or make a paella on the barbecue there is all the necessary material (grill, paella tripod, paellera, meat tongs, etc). No surcharge is charged.
I love people who live with passion. I hope you enjoy a lot in my house. I am an entrepreneur and I am often away from home. I love traveling and meeting people. I live very close to the beach and could not live far from the sea.
You have the Azahar Golf Club 500 meters away. The Mediterranean 800 meters. Las Palmas desert 9 km, Castellón 5 km, Puerto Castellón 2 km and Benicassim 8 km, planetarium 2 km and promenade. IN CASTELLÓN: For lunch or dinner you can go to Tascas, Casa Marisa (great and very cheap sandwiches), Los Palotes, a bit of everything at a good price and very central (recommended in winter). For summer I recommend you go to the Port of Castellón where there is a very good gastronomic offer and also activities for children. I also recommend you go to Benicassim in summer, a beastly gastronomic offer for all budgets, also ideal for drinks.
