Casa Fenix is an original Altea townhouse constructed in the 1800s. It sits at the base of both Bellaguarda and the Old town. It was recently completely refurbished to the highest standard. The rooms are large and full of natural light. Stylish furniture and tiling can be found throughout. The thick walls and modern insulation keep the property a nice temperature on their own, however if needed underfloor heating runs throughout and the rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. A private courtyard allows guests to enjoy sitting outside. A stunning pink bougainvillea is a feature you will be sure to love as you enjoy a glass of wine or dine al fresco. As well as a spacious living room a separate study/office with a desk and comfortable chairs provides room to catch up on some urgent work or to sit and enjoy a drink while reading a nice book. The modern kitchen features a central island on which you can eat or prepare your meals. It contains all new high end appliances including induction hob, full size fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom contains a large accessible walk-in shower and storage space.

James and Tania both live in Altea but originally come from London. They love the area and enjoy sharing it with their visitors. The location of the property makes walking everywhere very easy. Casa Fenix is located just a few streets back from the seafront requiring only a few short steps or a gentle slope. After going for a swim in the sea you can return for a quick shower before browsing the shops and boutiques on the high street. Four local supermarkets and the weekly markets where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and more are nearby. Local busses and trams will take you via Albir (10 minutes by bus) and Benidorm and on to Alicante, or towards Denia if you are interested in exploring further afield. The Tram Stop is 2 minutes walk and the bus stop less than 5 min. Beautiful sandy beaches, mountain trails and other places are waiting to be discovered. You can easily reach the Benidorm Bus Station by tram 10 min which offers direct busses to Alicante City, Train Station and Airport plus access to Valencia and beyond. Free parking is available both on street and in the newly completed 500 space car park just 3 minutes walk away. Cheap underground car parks are also nearby.
