Located in a residential environment, our property has a swimming pool, garden and private terraces that provide the opportunity to enjoy with family and friends in a haven of peace, just 6 km from the heart of the city. Its proximity to a variety of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, gym, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and the train and bus station, makes it a privileged place. As owners we are committed to offer an unparalleled experience. Casa Felix has two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen size beds (1.35x2.00m), a full bathroom, the living room, the kitchen with a table and chairs for breakfast, and a fully equipped laundry room. And on the second floor there are two bedrooms, both with a Queen bed (1.35x2.00m), a full bathroom and the study. The garden is large and is equipped with tables and chairs for lunch and dinner. The pool area is sunny all day long and has an outdoor shower, hammocks and a lounge chair that invite you to relax. The house has all the amenities: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, free fiber optic wifi, smarts TVs 65 and 32 inches that you can connect tablets and laptops, board games, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, various coffee makers, toaster, juicer, various kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryers, hammocks, sobrilla, barbecue, towels, pool towels and bed linen.
As owners, we will directly assume the commitment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. By managing it directly ourselves, we are able to attend to our guests with a more personalized and careful attention, providing them with a unique and incomparable experience. We, the owners, as well as the entire Casa Felix team, are available 24 hours a day to assist our guests in any aspect they may require. We communicate with you on a daily basis to inquire if there are any housing needs or if we can provide you with valuable information about destinations to explore, outstanding dining options, the most spectacular beaches and more. Group reservations for people under 35 years of age will not be accepted, and the identity documents of all guests must be sent through the intranet at the time the reservation is made. Unfortunately, we do not accept any type of celebration. In addition, pets are not allowed. We value the environmental responsibility of our guests and encourage a conscious use of natural resources. For this reason, the value of 35 kilowatts per day that we make available is intended as a guideline, designed to promote responsible use of electricity and to raise awareness among our valued guests on this issue. In the rare case that this amount is exceeded at the end of the stay, we will calculate the overall consumption of your stay with a flexible rate and will charge 0.5 euros per kW/h. The Ecotasa is not included in the price and has a cost of 2.2 euros/person/day according to the Autonomous Government. All guests are kindly reminded that if they do not follow the rules, both of the villa and of the residential area, they may be warned with 800 euros of the damage deposit (or pay them in cash) and may be expelled without refund of the rest of the reservation.
The neighborhood is characterized as a residential enclave of great serenity and highly secure, where shared regulations of an extremely rigorous nature prevail. Especially with regard to the noise level, it is important to note that between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. there is an absolute period of tranquility. All services are available: restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, gym, tennis courts, playgrounds and public transportation. The train stop "Pont d'Inca nou - station 207" is 400 meters away (5 minutes walk) and in 10 minutes you reach Plaza de España. The bus stop line 3 "Pont d'Inca Nou 1- station 36097" is 500 meters away (6 minutes on foot) and in 20 minutes you reach Plaza de España (depending on traffic). The residence enjoys an ideal position to discover the island with your own vehicle. Since the public transport system might be limited to move comfortably around the island, we strongly suggest our visitors to consider the possibility of having a rental car during their time here.
