The house is located in the heart of Mahón’s historic center, in a quiet, traditional residential area close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Major city landmarks such as Pont de Sant Roc, the Town Hall, Santa Maria Church, and the Museum of Menorca are just a short walk away. The scenic viewpoints overlooking Mahón’s spectacular harbor are also nearby. Due to the protection of Mahón’s historic center, parking is restricted in this area. Public parking is available 500 m away, with a free parking zone 800 m from the house. This is a small, bright corner house with a ground floor and two upper levels, fully renovated and featuring a typical marés stone façade. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen with a dining area. The first floor offers a living room with a sofa and a guest toilet. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a full bathroom and a small terrace.
