Property information

You can bask in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers. The chlorine pool sizes 10 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to wash off before enjoying a delicious barbecue al fresco under the large parasol, cooked on the gas barbecue. Recently renewed, this 2 storey house features a spacious living room with AC and TV, which is open to the kitchen. This is equipped with an induction top. The dining area offers a large table for 8 people. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet and AC each. One is on the main floor and it comes with a double bed. It also is adapted to people with reduced mobility. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower bedroom and access to the terrace, while the other two have two twin beds. We can prepare a cot in any of these bedrooms and a high chair also is available in case you are travelling with your baby. There are two more bathrooms with a shower each for the rest of the house. One is downstairs, also adapted to people with reduced mobility, and the other is on the first floor.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located within the village of Vilafranca de Bonany, about 350 metres away from the town centre, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay. This is a good area for long walks and excursions. In fact, the surroundings are rural and based on farm activities. The MA-15 road will be your direct link to the different beaches and coves in the east, like for example Porto Cristo, about 24 km away.
