The flat has 81m2, is located on the 9th floor with two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen size bed and a pouf for children and the other one has two single beds. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a fabulous time with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade. 🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes). 📲 This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all!
