Newly renovated urban oasis! Close to heart of the city, 100m from the bus that takes you to the city center in less than 10 min, or stroll there in only 25 min! You'll find a small bedroom with a king size bed, and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living area, and a new modern kitchen and bathroom. Explore charming cafes, trendy boutiques and cultural landmarks just minutes away! N.B. Train tracks are close to the apartment, so some noice can be expected, if windows are open.
Right next to mazing parks and the zoo. Supermarkets and public transport options are within a short walking distance.
