MAX 1 DOG - This cozy holiday home on Fanø with a newly renovated bathroom in 2021. The house appears bright and nice with white painted walls and ceilings as well as lovely furniture. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, where there is a nice dining area and a nice wood stove, which should probably create a cozy atmosphere. 3 bedrooms. A really cozy house. The enclosed terrace extends along two sides of the house, so there is the opportunity to find shelter and sun. On the grounds there is a football goal for the kids, just as there is plenty of space for play and ball games. The plot is surrounded by trees and shrubs, so you have the opportunity to sit in both sun and shade - depending on what you like. The area has a rich wildlife, which often comes to visit. Free Final Cleaning. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
