The studio house has 2 floors, a terrace and a cozy courtyard. Ground floor: spacious entrance area, bathroom with wellness shower, built-in closets, separate toilet, bedroom with box spring bed 180x200 and access to the terrace. First floor: bedroom with box spring bed 180x200, this can be separated by an opaque curtain. Open kitchen, open living/dining area for 6 people with Smart TV Sofa bed with box spring topper 180x200 Around the corner you will find a cinema, many restaurants and opportunities for shopping. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and the beautiful Klenzepark are also not far away. Town hall square and bus stop 1 minute away
