Reopening of the Nena Apartments Moritzplatz in the courtyards Prinz 17. On the way to the apartment house there is still construction site in July / August, therefore we offer the studios at a reduced price. Here you will find timelessly designed studios in urban industrial design with floor-to-ceiling long-distance stars. A retreat for Berlin explorers and discerning business travellers for short and long-term stays. A reception is on site. Studio with combined living-sleeping area and kitchenette All rooms are equipped with a fully equipped pantry/kitchenette, a bathroom with shower /WC. Free internet, bed linen, towels and hairdryer. To protect our guests and employees, we have a comprehensive hygiene concept. Located in the Prinz 17 courtyards and yet directly on the scene of the Oranienstrasse. Excellent central located with cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Moritzplatz Metro Station is just 200 metres away. E.g. photos. Size and cut may vary slightly, 1-5 floor possible. Washing machine and dryer in the building available.
