Wunderschöne Dachgeschoss/Loft Wohnung im Herzen von Ettringen. Besonders interessant für Wanderer und Motor- und Klettersportbegeisterte. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußmarsch vom Wander- und Klettergebiet "Kottenheimer Winfeld" entfernt, auf das man eine schöne Aussicht von der Wohnung hat. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Wander- und Klettergebiet " Ettringer Lay". Ansonsten kann man mit dem Auto alles in kürzester Zeit erreichen (Supermarkt, andere naturelle Highlights wie zb. der "Laacher See" etc.) Zum nahegelegen Nürburgring sind es ca.20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
