Willkommen in unserer 50m²-Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Sofabett, WLAN, 55-Zoll-TV, Waschmaschine und geräumigem barrierefreiem Bad. Zentral gegenüber dem Klinikum Saarbrücken, nur 3 Gehminuten (290 Meter) vom Haupteingang entfernt. Die stilvolle eingerichtete Wohnung in Ruhe Lage bietet zusätzlich einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist behinderten gerecht gebaut. Aufzug vorhanden.

This cozy apartment is located in Winterberg, Saarbrücken, right across from the clinic. It's only about 250 meters away from the hospital, making it great for visitors or staff who need to be close by. There's a big parking garage right in front of the building where you can pay to park, and also plenty of free parking spots directly at the house and around. The apartment is at the back of the building, so it's really quiet and away from any street noise. It's a good choice for anyone needing to stay near the hospital, the near by children rehab center or the elderly care home.
