The apartments are located in Kolbermoor (5km westbound of Rosenheim) at a famous, pretty and useful location, called "Alte Spinnerei".

Neighbourhood information

Just a few hundred meters away, you can hike and bike at the Mangfall river or the Mangfall channel, during summer also (sun-) bathing. In the district town Rosenheim 5km away, you'll have all options for shopping and entertainment. A beautiful hike and bike trail, directly at the Mangfall river will guide you nearly free of car traffic to the center of Rosenheim. You can reach almost every facility for the daily business with 300m: An optometrist, a pharmacy, supermarkets "Rewe" and "Penny" for groceries, barber, doctors office, beauty salon, dry cleaning shop with DHL parcel agency and a dancing school. Creatives find the academy "Akademie der bildenden Künste" directly in the neighbourhood. The train station of Kolbermoor is only 500m away and the trains take you within 5 minutes to Rosenheim or within 45 minutes to munich, the capital of bavaria. By car it's only 7km from the highway A8 (Munich - Salzburg) to your apartment. Every apartment has a dedicated parking place in the basement garage of the building, free of charge!
