Property information

The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached barrier-free via an elevator. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and are air-conditioned via underfloor cooling in summer temperatures. The two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160x200) and a workstation with WiFi. The 28 m² living/dining area is equipped with a smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar. In addition, the sofa bed (160x200) offers sleeping space for 2 additional people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a vanity for 2 people, a large bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling real glass shower. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a basic supply of spices and vinegar/oil. In the hallway there are built-in cupboards for storing jackets, shoes and suitcases/bags. You can also find an iron and an ironing board here. There is plenty of fresh air on the large, covered south-facing balcony. There is an electric charging station in the immediate vicinity of the residential unit.
