Komfortní měšťanský dům z 19.století prošel celkovou rekonstrukcí v roce 2018.Všechny apartmány jsou klimatizovány a poskytují dostatek komfortu jak pro páry tak i rodiny s dětmi. Uzavřený areál poskytuje dostatek soukromí a je také možno využít venkovní zahrádku s posezením ve dvorním traktu a prostorný průjezd k uskladnění sportovního vybavení jako jsou kola lodě atd.
