Our main focus is on short term holiday rentals which require more time and attention, however provide property owners better security and annual yield from their investment. BMG is owned by Mario who lives in Limassol with his family. Having spent over 20 years in London, he considers himself an English Cypriot and therefore professionalism and hospitality come naturally to him. Because of his love for travelling and meeting new people he knows how important it is to feel welcome when guests arrive, therefore he always does his utmost to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. This stunning apartment has recently been renovated with modern furnishings and a new bathroom along with a fully fitted kitchen to include all appliances and utensils. Relax in the living room drinking coffee from our Nespresso machine or enjoy your meal in the dining area. Or even better why not chill out on the balcony. Wifi and Satellite TV is included. Ideal holiday home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nearby is the stunning Limassol Marina where you can stroll along the various coffee shops and restaurants. Or why not walk across the road over to the Old Town and enjoy walking through the narrow streets discovering small bars, restaurants, tavernas and coffee shops. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach as well as St. Andrew's Street which is a straight walk to the Limassol Castle.
