A brand-new luxury villa, completed in February 2025, nestled within an exclusive gated complex of villas near the sea. ===DISCLAIMER=== Prices include 200 kW per week which is enough with normal using of a/c. In case of exceeding the limit, electricity will be calculated at the rate of 0.35 Euro per kw/h always according to the meter reading.

Neighbourhood information

This stunning villa is located in Kato Paphos, just a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Paphos Coastal Boardwalk, which offers beach access from a pier, and a 7-minute walk to a small sandy bay. Long paved trail along the sea is perfect for long walks or jogging. Although situated in a quiet area, the villa is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and bars, including Duomo Italian Restaurant (3 minutes on foot), the famous Fat Mama’s Restaurant (3 minutes on foot), the modern Greek restaurant Gustoso (7 minutes on foot), Vasileon 31 Tavern, and the popular Tea for Two Café, known for its generous portions (4 minutes on foot). The English sports bar Trams Bar is just 2 minutes away, along with many other options in the area. The villa is also conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop. For those who enjoy relaxation and wellness, the Elysium 5* Hotel’s SPA centers are just 300 meters away and available for an additional fee.
