Property information

Avemi Seafront is a brand new development of luxury holiday villas directly in front of one of Cyprus most beautiful and unspoilt beaches. The sea is literally just a few steps from the entrance of our gated complex of villas. Each Villa offers the ultimate luxury experience with bespoke design throughout and incredible amenities. All villas have a spa swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, outdoor bbq & dining area, large covered rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of the ocean in front & the mountains to the rear, landscaped gardens, private parking and a gated entrance.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the beach road in the lovely seaside Town of Argaka, directly opposite the beach. Close to the seaside town of Latsi, which offers a great such of restaurants and is famous for their fish tavernas that serve fresh fish caught locally and daily. Latsi is also the starting where most explore Akamas, and the blue lagoon, either by jeep/ quadbike or boat from Latsi harbour.
