IMPORTANT RULES TO KNOW - DEPOSIT 150 EURO REFUNDABLE ON EXIT (TO PAY IN CASH) - TO BE PAID EXTRA ON ARRIVAL: city tax of 2 euros per person per night to be paid in cash upon arrival -check in from 3pm to 7pm - respect the condominium rules - Water is included for a consumption of 1 sqm per person per week (1000 liters) any excess will be calculated at a cost of 10 euros per sqm - ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION TO LIGHT CANDLES, CIGARETTES, INCENSES (FLAMES OR EMBOSSES IN GENERAL) IN THE HOUSE - the stay is strictly limited to the number of guests on the reservation and the number of people registered at the time of check-in. Any changes must be promptly requested and approved by the host. - at the same time the swimming pool and its accessories are not available
