The property is brand new and very comfortable. It has all the important amenities one could hope for in a tropical paradise. Air conditioning, washer and dryer, hot water throughout the home, screens on all the windows so you can enjoy the fresh air without the mosquitos. No noise just fresh air and the sounds of nature.
Neighborhood is very safe. Private area surrounded by nature. Small Super Market within walking distance. Wildlife Sanctuary Tour 5 minutes away. We are also about 10 minutes away from the Javillos River a wonderful place to have a picnic, go fishing or just relax and enjoy the river.
