Laureles is centrally located, immediate neighborhood is primarily low-rise residential homes and apartment buildings. My property is close to both Laureles Parks, UPB University, the metro station, the Stadium, La 70 with its great restaurants, pubs, cafes, awesome nightlife, malls, bus lines, and bike paths. Also within minutes of Plaza Mayor (convention center), downtown and Poblado. We are close to everything, WALKSCORE OF 98, WOW, "Walker's Paradise, daily errands, things to do or places to go do not require a car". Live a Real Colombian Experience.
