Property information

Hostal Klein has 27 years of operation. He has always been taken care of by his owners and has now been delegated to his daughter (me). The owner, is of German descent, which is evident in each of the sweet preparations that are served for breakfast, a characteristic that remains to this day. It is an old house reconditioned, that maintains its bases structures. High ceilings and spacious rooms.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto Chico low is a historical site from the city, before there were land roads, all communication and commerce was done through medium and small boats, in this sector there was a small port, that is why its name "Puerto Chico" . Currently there is still access to the lake by a ramp, through which sailboats, boats and jet skis enter the lake. This sector is just in front of the captaincy of Puerto Varas, place in which cannons can be found on display. 2 blocks away is the house of art Casa Radatz, where you can see painting and photography exhibitions, in the summer there are various cultural activities and workshops. Three Blocks away there is a restaurant with bowling on it, so you can go with your partner or family 2 blocks from the hostel is the resort of Puerto Chico, a place that is very visited during the summer. In this same place the night of new year can be appreciated the pyrotechnic games, that are reflected in the whole lake.
