Welcome home to a cozy and spacious apartment where you can relax comfortably while chilling with Netflix. You will find the warmth from the grand fireplace to the softness of the bedsheet linens. A quiet family friendly neighborhood on the south end of Guelph. 5 mins to the University and 9 minutes to downtown Guelph. We have streets well laid out for running , jogging or walking at any time of the day . 100% safe and we have not experienced any negative incident since we moved here 3 years ago.
