Comfort and health. Secure, clean and sanitized house. Porcelain flooring and new furniture. Privileged location for both those who have a car and those who need Metro. Near Expo Sao Paulo events venue. The famous and beautiful Ibirapuera Park is 10 minutes away. Two blocks from Indianópolis Avenue bus stops and cycle path. Space to work, with desk, confort chair and high speed internet spot. Electric solar system.
I like people and to know them, respecting our differences. I am a journalist specialized in Information Technology and I like to practice sports like swimming and sailing. I also have fun cooking (Brazilian/Italian food), reading (technical books) and listening to rock'n'roll. Guests are welcome. Interactions with the host are welcome.
Planalto Paulista neighborhood is strictly residential and offers access to the best commercial and office areas in the capital of São Paulo. In addition to access to the city's main avenues and freeways. There is access to buses less than 300 meters from the property. Metro less than 15 minutes away on foot (Estação Saúde).
