All the apartments are as new and completly furnished and they have a (partial) oceanview on the Beira mar. Fully equiped kitchen and both bedrooms with double beds and airconditioning. Wifi and TV available in all our apartments, also a nice balcony to enjoy the most beautiful sights of the city.
Hello, I am Hendrik and I am from Belgium As I have been visiting Fortaleza several times a year starting from the age of 19. I thought it would be a great idea to invest in apartments and them out the whole year for holiday rentals. This is why I give you the opportunity to rent all my furnisched apartments located on an unique location near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza!
The apartment is located near Beira Mar. In just a few steps (50 meters) you will get to one of the most famous spots of Fortaleza: The Aterro of Praia de Iracema. On this beach every year the New Years Eve's party takes place, also other shows such as Pré Carnaval, São João and other events during the year. It's one of the best and safe locations in the whole city. Taxies are always waiting in front of the building and public transport is available in the area.
