Katy's studio offers an air-conditioned room and individual water heater to always guarantee basic services. It also has a flat-screen TV with a large selection of foreign and sports channels. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and the sleeping area which is separate from the living room but is open space. You will find bubble bath, shampoo, tea and a small gift from Katy.
