The apartment is in a new building, modernly furnished and with all amenities - internet and TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with iron, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is bright and warm (facing south-east). The layout is optimal - 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen box, a terrace with a view of the garden, and a bathroom with a toilet. The mattresses in the bedrooms are new and of high quality. The building has a convenient and secure place for storing bicycles and strollers.
The apartment is located in the new residential part of Studentski Grad , in close proximity to the park and sports fields of the National Sports Academy, the Winter Sports Palace, and Students Park. There are numerous options for quick access to almost any point in Sofia by public transport (the stop is 1 minute from the apartment): Buses - No. 94, 102, 280 (to the City Center), 294 (connection to "G.M. Dimitrov" metro station), 805 (connection to "Vitosha" metro station), as well as night line H2. Quick access by car via Simeonovsko Shosse and the Ring Road. Easy access to Vitosha Mountain with intercity buses - No. 69 and 70 to Simeonovo, Bistritsa, Zheleznitsa, Plana. Studentski Grad offers opportunities for entertainment, nightlife, cafes, restaurants, gyms, fast food places, discos, bars, grocery supermarkets, and 24-hour pharmacies
