Right in the nicest shopping street at 50m from the top shops and, at 50m from the beach, within walking distance of the best restaurants, in the middle of the Art Galleries, at 50m from Minigolf Approach, at 10m from the best butcher shop, at 100m from fish shop and bakery, 20 m Delhaize 7/7 8 - 20, within walking distance of the sea. Garage under the building.
