Deze herenwoning is gebouwd in 1925 en gerenoveerd in 1989 en opnieuw in 2017. We hebben telkens de mix tussen de charme van vroeger en de hedendaagse comforteisen samen te brengen.
Zelf heb ik al veel gereisd en besef dat een zeer comfortabel bed in een ruime kamer een meerwaarde is. Ook als immo makelaar zie ik dagelijks vele woningen en kan de combinatie van charme en rust wel appreciëren.
Je kan hier wandelingen maken aan de oevers van de Nete, die in vogelvlucht op 700m afstand ligt. Of je kan gaan wandelen in de bossen van ' Kruiske wat op 2 km van hier is. Ook het gezellige stadje Lier is vlakbij.
