Completely renovated in January 2022, this brand new guesthouse for up tot 12 people is taking over the chique southern part of the city center! With a total of 250 square meters and incredible interior design, Maison Brederode Anvers is big asset to the SHWAY Collection and a unique experience for different groups to stay in and discover Antwerp from. This high-end residence with beautiful interior by interior designer Stekkie Amsterdam (Mariken Wiegerinck), is not just an Airbnb. The total package of the facilities, interior and service of SHWAY, will result in a unique Antwerp experience beyond a night of sleep. As we are responsible for guarding the quality of every stay of each guest of ours, we can only accept guests who will be responsible of our property and interior and who will respect our house rules.

Neighbourhood information

This area of Antwerp is hot and happening!!! It belongs to the old and rich neighborhood 't Zuid, which now is known as a vibrant neighborhood with a lot of great great restaurants, high fashion and haute couture, amazing facades and architecture and the biggest and richest museum of Flanders: the KMSKA. Located in a quiet side street of this neighborhood, you will walk from this apartment within 5 minutes to the KMSKA, within 5 minutes to the Marnixplaats, within 10 minutes to the Nationalestraat and within 15 minutes to the Grote Markt and historic center of Antwerp. You can also easily take trams and busses at the end of the street to Antwerp Central Station and to all other highlights and hotspots in the city.
