Flat with separate sleeping area ideal flat for 2 to 3people, located 50m from the beach. PLEASE NOTE THAT BED- NOR BATH LINEN ARE PROVIDED. Restaurants, cafés and shops can be found within a short distance between the Zeedijk, Koninklijke Baan and Zeelaan. The center of Koksijde-Bad is 300m from Strandstudio. The studio/flat is equipped with the necessary comfort. There are two folding beds measuring 1.40x2.00m, one (NEW!) in the living room, one in the separate sleeping area in the hall (see photos)of the flat. A folding bed for children and highchair can be provided. There is free WiFi and a digital TV. If you wish, you can use a private cellar for free. Check-in is done via a key safe, the code of which you will receive on the day of arrival. There is ample parking near the studio; 4 parking spaces for the less mobile persons; There is also room for 250 cars in the Casino car park (Kursaallaan; paying). Not allowed: groups, smoking, NO PETS DUE TO ALLERGY.

Too much wind? Step into the nearby dunes and lie down behind a dune that shelters you from the wind. I offer you the Beach Studio in all its comfort, cleanliness, hygiene and ideal location, hoping that you will feel good and have a pleasant stay. . Relax by walking, cycling (rentals on the sea wall), swimming (municipal swimming pool Koksijde, open-air swimming pool Oostduinkerke), horse riding, etc. Have fun in Plopsaland De Panne! Sights in and around Koksijde: - Museum Paul Delvaux (St Idesbald) - Abbey Museum Ten Duinen + Zuid-Abijmolen + Abdijhoeve Ten Bogaerde - MuseOs (natural history) - Navigo (National Fisheries Museum) - Bakery Museum (Veurne).
