Newly renovated home with a modern look. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with numerous access to surrounding places to visit. ◇7-8 minutes walk to town ◇ 5-6 minutes walk to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital ◇ 15 minutes walk to the beach ◇ 5-10 mins drive to the US EMBASSY ◇ 3 different bus routes (Oistins "Hastings,Accra, Dover", Speightown/Holetown " West Coast" and Skymall, Six Roads) ◇ 2 minutes walk to corner shop ◇ 10-15 minutes drive to supermarket (Massy) {Bus at the end of the street takes you there} ◇ Taxi services available for airport, cruise and embassy ISLAND TOUR AVAILABLE
