Guests enjoy a blend of modern luxury and homely comfort, with access to premium building facilities including a heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, spa bath, and a private kitchen in each apartment. What truly makes our place special is the personal care behind it. As an experienced documentary filmmaker and proud immigrant, I’ve made Melbourne — and this building — my home. I personally handle every detail, from check-in to farewell, making sure every guest feels cared for and welcomed. The building is located beside the stunning Dock Library, Community Hub, and Boat Club — surrounded by water, beauty, and quiet. Whether you're here for work, relaxation, or a special occasion, you’ll find this space to be more than just accommodation — it's a place made with heart. The building at No. 1 Collins Wharf is part of the Collins Wharf development in Docklands, Melbourne. This area is a newer extension of the city, with most buildings completed in the late 2010s to early 2020s.

About the Neighbourhood Our apartments are located in one of Melbourne’s most scenic and peaceful areas — Collins Wharf in Docklands. Guests love the calm waterfront views combined with easy access to the city’s best attractions. You’ll be just a short walk from Marvel Stadium, and right next to the beautifully designed Dock Library, Community Hub, and Boat Club. Getting around is easy and convenient — we’re in the Free Tram Zone, with Tram 11 and Tram 48 stopping nearby. Southern Cross Station is also close, easily reachable by foot or tram, making it ideal for airport connections and exploring beyond the city. You can enjoy peaceful riverside walks, or head to nearby hotspots like DFO South Wharf for shopping, Southbank’s galleries, Crown Casino, or a variety of cafes and restaurants. The area offers the perfect balance of relaxation and city life — ideal for both short stays and longer getaways.
