Holiday by the pristine coastline of Port Stephens in this modern duplex, just 200m from the sandy shore and crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay Beach. The beautiful beach curves 2.5km around the coast from Tomaree Head to Nelson Bay perfect for swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (available for hire every day during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter). This renovated, air-conditioned duplex apartment is on the ground floor. Open plan living leads out to the wrap around balcony so you can relax either inside or outside on one of the outdoor settings, looking out at the distant water views.
