Upstairs there is the convenience of the 2nd living area which is perfect for the kids entertainment as there is a WII U, Smart TV with Select Foxtel and guests personal login for Netflix, Stan & SBS on Demand + plus Free to Air. The comforts of having ducted air conditioning throughout the three large bedrooms and a great main bathroom set the property up. The property provides the complete linen package to make your next holiday as easy and relaxing as possible, 'The White House' certainly caters for every guests needs. There is parking in the driveway available , outdoor shower and only a short stroll to the prestige beachs of Shoal Bay, superb shopping village, fantastic local restaurant

An inviting large air conditioned open plan living and dining area with the second Smart TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and master bedroom and ensuite and fifth bedroom all located downstairs, (access to the fifth bedroom is through the main bedroom). Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. *5/11/21 - Please note property has recently undergone minor aesthetic refurbishment and will differ from the photos shown.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
