Everything you could wish for in a perfect environment to relax and unwind.....ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children (50 each per stay), total maximum guest 10. The Hamptons Beach House on Dutchies has a refundable bond of 1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. BEDDING CONFIGURATION - Please select which option you require OPTION 1 - 2 Kings, 4 King singles OPTION 2 - 3 Kings, 2 King singles Additional costs when booking; Sofa bed 100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. Port-a-Cot 50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Beach/pool towels are 8 per towel hire/ per booking. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
