    3rd floor prime views, location to beach and the little town of Shoal Bay My sister and I had twice daily visits from 2 to 4 rainbow lorikeets 🦜 cockatiel, and even a kookaburra. Amazing and beautiful

You won't find better views of Shoal Bay! Arguably the best views in Shoal Bay! This top floor, 2 bedroom unit is only a few steps away from Shoal Bay Beach. Watch the dolphins, soak up the view, wander across the road for a swim. This is beach holiday heaven. Featuring an open plan lounge / dining room, modern kitchen (all with views) and an outdoor entertaining dining area that you will never want to leave! The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom a tri-bunk. A modern bathroom completes this well maintained unit. All linen is provided and beds made for your arrival. Only a 3 minute walk to Shoal Bay Country Club and 5 minutes to cafes and the Shoal Bay IGA. NOTE: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings. NOTE: There is no access to the garage at this property. PID-STRA-11447
